The Classical Portrait Artist Project

Tina Caron Portraits & Fine Art is seeking individual subjects aged 3 and up to participate in a project designed to position our Classical Fine Art Painted Portraits into our flagship studio offering.

As traditional portrait painters have done for many years, these pieces are designed as life-sized portraits,commanding the viewer to pause and appreciate the beauty and presence of the subject as well as the richness and quality of the custom finishes. While select portraits will grace our walls as Fine Art studio samples, we would be honored for you to display your Classical Fine Art Portrait in your own home.

There is no upfront obligation when you apply for the project, so please feel comfortable sharing your interest. We'll connect by phone to explore scheduling and how the project works. Your acceptance to the project includes an In Home Design and Concept consultation, your portrait session, and a matted photographic print of the image chosen for your Painted Portrait. Project participants may purchase their Painted Portrait at a generously reduced price as our thanks for supporting our expansion.

What Happens Now?

Where do we start?

Once you are accepted into the project, we'll schedule your in-home design consultation. The vision for your completed portrait begins here, as we direct the choices for wardrobe, important heirloom items to include, and the best frame to suit your portrait and decor.

For your second appointment, you'll come to our studio to be photographed in our Classical Portrait set.

How It Works

Once you've chosen your favorite pose and expression from your portrait session, the painting process begins.
Each stroke is hand rendered and deliberately placed in the final artwork.

The artwork is transferred to canvas, sealed, and embellished with gels and oils, creating a rich, textural feel that rivals traditional oil painting techniques.

The End Result

Classical Portraits are
delivered as completed pieces of wall art. Hand stretched canvas is sealed and framed by Master Craftsmen. Frames from
minimalist to traditional are sure to suit any aesthetic.

As an artist project, finishing choices will be made by the studio, with consideration to be sure the final piece will grace your wall beautifully.
